What is your shipping policy?
we are available by speacial order but due to high demand we advice customers to allow 2-4 weeks after order. We offer retail and wholesale quantity of hair,and supply individuals, proffessional stylist and saloon all over the world. Please note that Mimi’s Collections will not be responsible for a late shipment due to holiday, bad weather, or courier delays. please keep in mind that public holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shiping times. We ship worldwide
DOMESTIC
Mimi’s collections now supplies within the United States.our shipping service take approximately 3—7 business days within the United States, depending on your shipping method.
INTERNATIONAL
We ship to Africa and Europe, international orders will be based on shipping rates.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will recieve an email with your tracking number announcing that your order has been shipped.
CAN I CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES TO AN ORDER?
Once an order is placed,it is immediately entered into our processing program,and cannot be canceled or changed.
HOW ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Express{ second day delivery with an additional fee} with a signature confirmation.
