Because our hair is100% human hair,it is impossible to guarantee hair color or texture ,All hair color will range between a natural 1B abd 2, in some cases we may have lighter bundles which are available upon request but are not quaranteed. Please be forewarned, refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with texture, color or with natural tampering, split ends or corcerns that are typical of a natural human hair. Our wigs are handcrafted. they are custom made and colors are done based on the customers request.

All our hair is prepared and professionally packaged by our team. Everything goes through a vigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product. All hair/wigs ordered are thoroughly inspected before shipping; it is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Please not that human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and for the safety of our customers, we do not allow used products to be returned.

Our wigs are well crafted to fit any head size, our wig caps are stretcheable and are designed to fit all head sizes.

We take pride in making sure that our wigs are well styled and ready to wear. custom colors are done based on the customers request. Our customers are allowed to come up with their preferred style to be customized.
